That was great Mr. Bit! I'd like to say I want to record drums to it, BUUUTTT I don't think Garageband drum programs would sound well with MIDI. Heh. Hit me up though if you'd like my drumming services. (That goes for all of you)

Thank you, guys.

And thanks for the offer, The, but I'm content with learning FruityLoops or some other program to synthesize the drums (and bass). Probably beginning of January I'll be completely done.

I'm so happy you like it bro. My arms were super tired afterward. I think I recorded upwards of 8 times in a row.

"Your arms were tired?" Yeah. I have an electro-drum set. Yamaha DD-55. It helps me get by. ^_^

Edit: So, you got any more tunes for me to jam to in the future? Maybe somthing jazzy? Or maybe.... FUNKY?!

Hi guys. Now I have music. ^_^

I made this up on the spot for a friend of mine to consider using it for his flash series he's working on. I'm a voice in it but I think I can help make original music for it too.

Anyway, check this out.

EDIT: Just click it and click download. If you have Firefox and Quicktime, I'm pretty sure it'll just let the song play instead of actually downloading

Here's a 3d animation I just finished for school.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZsiakffZjU

And I will like to say, I am no voice actor. I had to do all the voices, including the alien (my throat is still sore). The voices arn't the best, but the animation is good.

Bumping this one because I neglected to give feedback earlier- I'm not proficient with 3D studio max and how it works (to put it bluntly, I'm utterly shite at it)- and think it's a notable watch. This is really good work! :)

The effort is really apparent in this, down to small details such as flipping the radio right-way up, the pulsating of the alien and such. I like what you did with the viewer as well through the alien's POV as he was falling.

One thing seriously lacking however is atmosphere; you need certain ambient sounds (think that's the word), echoes and such, maybe a little soft-yet-menacing music in the background to really establish the setting and draw the viewer in.

That, and there's a very delayed reaction to the alien falling on the box on the man's part; he's absorbed in whatever's around him, trying to find out what's what, he'd notice a big sound like that in a flash. The alien after being stabbed is standing upright, able to turn perfectly well and continue standing upright, which is a little strange- at the very least, the legs should be trembling or he should stagger.

Overall though: really great stuff, the fight was really exciting and had me flinch a lot especially when the alien got stabbed, lol. Look forward to more :)

Thanks ;)

Yeah, I know the sounds were a little (very) bad. I really rushed it and threw anything in to get it in on time. Next time I'll do a lot better to make a good atmoshpere.

Also the alien was a little weird because it's skeleton (biped) didn't want to work properly.

Everytime I'd import it into the scene, it kept on either imploding on itselft, combining with the person's skeleton, turn upsidedown while the biped was still standing upright, or it was the size of the room and would distort if I shrunk it. Also the alien's modifiers (facial features, mouth movement, ect) kept on failing on me too. The animation was also rushed. I modeled the characters and rooms for 2-3 weeks (can't remember), and I did the animation all in a single night. If I had more time I could have made it better for sure.

(I really hate how university works that way, all my other subjects kept me from finishing this early)

BTW the radio flipping was actually by accident. I rendered the previous scene showing the radio in that position, then when I had him pick it up I was like, "uh-oh!, wrong way".

But thanks for the reveiw, I've yet to get a proper one since everyone just says, "uh, looks good (walks away)". Don't you hate that?
